Snow day Procedure
here is some information on how to find out if school is closed.
1. Go to jerichoschools.org to see if the Jericho schools are closed. If so, then we are also closed! If they are delayed then please look at our web site for information.
2. School delays or closings will be messages through Brightwheel.
3. Tune to News 12 or log onto www.news12.com and click on Closings and Delays. We will be listed under Jericho Stem Academy.

Confidentiality Policy
We understand that your personal information is private. We value your trust and confidentiality, which are crucial to building strong relationships. Therefore, we are committed to protecting your privacy and will not disclose your information unless required by law or in situations where the health and safety of your child is at risk.

Arrival & Departure 
​Our school is designed for the working family; we are open on school day from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
  • Arrival and Dismissal
  • Students cannot be dropped off before 7:00 AM.
  • All students must be picked up by 6:00 PM.
  • Please notify us as soon as possible if your child will be absent.
  • If you are unavoidably detained for pickup, please call or message us on Brightwheel.
  • Please be aware that there is a $20.00 charge for every 10 minutes that you are late, per child.
  • This late fee is paid directly to the teacher who stayed with your child.
  • Extended Care
  • Extended care is available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
  • Extended care is by reservation only and requires a fee.
  • Safety and Security
  • The speed limit in the parking lot is five miles per hour. Please do not leave your vehicle running unattended.
  • Please hold your child's hand at all times in the parking lot.
  • If someone else will be picking up your child, please notify us in writing beforehand.
  • The person picking up your child will need to show identification upon arrival.
  • If you have an emergency regarding who will be picking up your child, please call us before pickup so we can assist you.​
