Ms Pauline (Wai) Chow is the Assistant Director at Jericho STEM Academy. She is a dedicated and hardworking professional who prioritizes the well-being of children.

Ms. Pauline has been an integral part of Jericho STEM Academy's growth. Beginning as a teacher assistant in 2017 under Miss Marlene Cacciola, she furthered her education and obtained her CDA credential. Her roles have included Head Teacher for the toddler class, substitute lead teacher for the three's and Pre-K classes, and Infant Teacher.

Ms. Pauline's diverse background includes fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, as well as a deep understanding of Asian cultures. As a mother and an experienced educator, she finds joy and fulfillment in working with children and supporting their development.

Ms. Fulyane, our Head Teacher in the Toddler program, is an invaluable asset with over three decades of childcare experience. Since 2018, her dedication and commitment to providing the best possible care for our children have been exceptional.  She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the happiness and well-being of every child through engaging activities, comfort, and attentive listening, creating a nurturing and supportive environment.

​Ms. Fulyane also fosters strong partnerships with families through open communication and collaboration. Her wealth of knowledge, compassion, and unwavering dedication make her an exemplary role model. We are incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Fulyane as a member of our school.

Ms. Michelle, a dedicated and experienced educator, who is currently our Teacher in the Three's program. Initially serving as a teacher's assistant and substitute teacher, she quickly demonstrated her passion for working with young learners. Her prior experience includes five fulfilling years at another school, further solidifying her commitment to education.

Michelle has expressed immense joy in being a part of the Jericho STEM Academy family. She has rapidly become a beloved figure among the children, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment since joining
 our school in 2022. Recognizing the importance of continuous professional development, Michelle is currently pursuing further studies to obtain her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. This endeavor exemplifies her dedication to staying abreast of best practices in early childhood education and her commitment to providing  the highest quality care and education to the children entrusted to her.

Ms. Vanessa is a valuable addition to our school since 2024 as the teacher for the Infant Class, she has dedicated her career to childcare since 2017. She finds immense joy and fulfillment in witnessing the growth and development of children, delighting in their unique personalities and humorous antics.

​Ms. Vanessa's passion lies particularly with working with infants, and she has successfully completed her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, further demonstrating her commitment to providing high-quality care and education for young children.

Ms. Mita, a valued member of the Jericho STEM Academy team since 2019, holds a bachelor's degree in education and has been working with children since 1997. Her extensive experience and genuine love for children are invaluable to our organization. Mita greatly enjoys her work at the Academy, as it provides her with daily opportunities to interact with and witness the growth of young learners.

Ms. Mita is passionate about fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and discover the world around them. Her warm smile, patient guidance, and engaging activities create a positive and joyful atmosphere in the classroom, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported.

Ms. Suri, who joined the Jericho STEM Academy team in 2023, currently as a teacher assistant in the Three-Year-Old class. Her extensive experience in early childhood education has equipped her with a deep understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies. Ms. Suri finds immense fulfillment in working with young children, and is inspired by their innocence, affection, and curiosity. Witnessing their growth and progress is a source of immense satisfaction for her.

Outside of her professional commitments, Ms. Suri enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring different cultures.  Additionally, she possesses culinary skills and enjoys preparing meals for her loved ones.

Ms. Emily, originally from Taiwan, immigrated to the United States in 1990, bringing with her a rich cultural background and a deep understanding of early childhood education. Since 2019, she has been a valuable floater at Jericho STEM Academy, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in supporting various classrooms and age groups.

As a Mandarin teacher at the school, she also plays a crucial role in promoting language and cultural diversity, providing students with valuable exposure to the Mandarin language and Chinese culture. Ms. Emily finds joy and fulfillment in her work with children, as they constantly remind her of the simple pleasures in life. Their boundless energy, curiosity, and zest for life inspire her to approach each day with a sense of wonder and appreciation.

​Ms. Imaan, a dedicated and compassionate nursing student at NYU, is an invaluable asset to our academy. Her primary responsibilities include collaborating with our floaters and Extended Care staff, where she offers essential support and assistance.

Ms. Imaan's genuine affection for children is readily apparent; she derives immense satisfaction from facilitating their learning and growth. Her nurturing personality and patient demeanor cultivate a comfortable and safe environment for the children, fostering their development and well-being.
